Nitric Oxide is good for body building but is it good for sex too?

Is this just a myth or is it true. Obviously people use them to gain mass while working out. But how true is it about making sex better. Also if you are taking it for that matter would you need to take it days in advanced so your body gets used to it?

Nitric oxide will make it easier for you to have an erection, but at your age that should not be a problem.

It will also stress your heart. Taking nitric oxide during weightlifting (or any strenuous exercise) is a good way to have a heart attack at 23.
